13 (Thirteen) Mukhi Rudraksh.

 A rudraksh of thirteen faces is viswadeva (Indra) roopam. Wearing it man will attend the realization of all desire. He will derive good future and auspiciousness. It makes man to tame other people and animals. Diseases of muscle like dystrophies, etc. will be removed. The man wearing it will remain servaguna of life. Thirteen mukhi is used for North-West direction.
